製品登録にあたってまずQRコードが読み取れなく製造番号は手動で入力、そして写真のアップロードにとにかく時間がかかります。保証書の写真がやっとアップロードできて購入証明書の写真をアップロードすると、保証書の欄に購入証明書の写真がアップロードされています。これ、製品登録出来た方いるのでしょうか？私は出来ませんでした。よって製品登録もできません。こんなに使えないアプリは初めてです。
アプリが使えないと保証期間も伸びないし修理も出来ないのに、このアプリは本当に酷いです。リファを選んで購入した自分が間違いでした。もうリファは買いません。

アプリの製品登録で保証が半年伸びるとのことで、インストールしたが、重たすぎて購入明細の写真をアップロードするのに5〜10分もかかった。
これだけ低評価を受けているのに一向に改善の兆しが見られないのが残念。製品は良いのに勿体ない。

最初から調べておけば良かったのですが、リファハートコームアイラの製品登録が出来ませんでした。
保証書は大事に持っていましたが、意味ありませんでした笑

ReFaの公式アプリであれば、全ての製品の保証をしてほしいです。

アプリについて、通知がたくさんきて、それについて見て通知マークを消したいのに上のものしか表示されず、スクロールができないのでずっと見れないままで困ってます。

カメラはエラーで使えない。新商品は検索しても記載なし。もちろん保証延長も出来ない。人気製品であるシャワーヘッドなどは古い機種であっても準備中で未だ登録できず対象外。知名度あるブランドで信頼してたけど、ここまでお粗末だと安心感が失われてくるかも。もっとこのアプリの問題点が有名になって改善されればいいのにな。

製品登録の完了後、普通にホーム画面など見れてたのに、翌日画面がずっと読み込み中で待っても表示されなくなりました。製品登録したら、問い合わせのためにスクショしておいた方が良いです。Refaの製品は壊れやすいって聞くけど、アプリがこんな酷いなら、そうでしょうね。次は別メーカーを買います。
