## Most critical reviews (4 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t even have my address

*2024-11-30, version 1.0.28*

The leaflet for this app was put in my private letter box but my real building name isn’t on it. I chose the nearest building name as it’s on the same site but my address isn’t in it. Why are Savils so stupid and insensitive? They raise our service charge 178% in two years but they bar us from most of their “services”.

### 1/5 — If 0 stars were possible, this app deserves it.

*2024-11-13, version 1.0.26*

Truly one of the worst apps I have ever been forced to use. Sluggish and slow, sometimes you can’t log in, other times it keeps loading without ever executing your request, notifications remain after being read. Occasionally it crashes for no reason. Nope, really needs more work.

### 1/5 — Slow and clunky, and that’s when it even lets you log in

*2024-09-26, version 1.0.24*

Extremely bad performance, takes ages to load or do anything. Touch area on messages is tiny so opening them is impossible, they’re so slow to load and there’s no feedback that you’ve requested to open it (like a loading spinner) so even when you tap in the right place you don’t know.
Right swipe on 99% of apps takes you back, this app logs you out so I accidentally log out all the time when I just want to go back from a message or something.
All that is when I can actually log in, which most of the time I can’t, it just gives me a loading spinner and I stay on the log in screen

### 1/5 — Not safe & completely unnecessary

*2024-06-06, version 1.0.17*

This app is enforcing us to have biometric data set up on our phone (something some of us choose not to have set up for security reasons) to login it does not allow to login again with username and password. More worryingly though it’s qualified as not safe by google…serious security concerns as a user. Why does it need to access storage, camera, etc? All I want is to have my meter readings 🤦🏻‍♀️
