I am not satisfied with the fact that I cannot see the status during my vehicle registration. All I can see is a blank screen once a message pops up for a while. Additionally, while submitting the documents, it only accepts images and not any other formats. In contrast, the officers at the NRDCL wants pdf. Even worse, I sent 5 images and apparently they only received 3 of them! I wonder why the box where we put the documents is so out of order. I believe it’s horizontal 16:9. Please fix these issues!
