Several different times it has glitched and won’t let me bid. I was going to bid up to $500 on a pallet last night and it wouldn’t let me bid and the pallet sold for $21!!! ### 2/5 — Bins are too full! *2023-07-03, version 5.4.3* Seems like they use to clean out the bins but last few times I’ve been there, the bins are so full it’s almost impossible to dig through them. Tangled up packed messes! ### 4/5 — Amazing idea and good app *2022-10-01, version 3.8.1* I love this store itself, the auctioning, everything. My single bone to pick with this whole thing though is the app itself. I have a few bug reports and suggestions. On the IPhone 12 mini, the app seems to have a ‘zoomed in’ issue. The edges of the main menu stretch just outside of the borders of the screen, which make them unable to scan my membership ID and cuts off some of the wording of the buttons. I wish I could submit I screenshot to show exactly how it looks. Doesn’t seem like an aspect ratio issue but more of a resolution issue, if that makes sense. Everything is the correct size, it just becomes cut off from the screen. Can probably be reproduced with another iPhone mini. Another thing I want to suggest, I feel like there should be a smoother transition from when a QR code is scanned to bringing up the screen to bid. Would be a nice addition. Also, it would be nice if the store locator was built into the app instead of taking you to your web browser, makes thing a lot more streamlined. Last thing, all my other suggestions can be worked around, but my biggest issue is the speed of which auction listings are updated. Most of the time, especially near the end of the auction, you have to constantly refresh the listings to make sure your on top. It would make things MUCH better if they automatically updated with each new bid, and I believe this will especially help people who have several listings at once. Near the end of an auction, at the very last minute where everybody rushes, Its told me I was on top of a listing only to find the very next minute that someone else snuck in and won that listing. If it were constantly updated to the second where I could see that someone else is trying to get it, it could help prevent this confusion from happening. That being said, everything about the store is amazing, love the people and the products that are sold. Just the app itself is a bit buggy sometimes. My friend invited me along and I found so many baby clothes for my new grand baby. The service by one of the cashiers was horrible. They need train her how to communicate with customers and how to stay focus on the order. The lady kept telling me her ride is outside as if I cared about this. Overall if you can ignore the poor customer service at checkout, this place is great. ### 4/5 — Shopping *2020-09-16, version 1.0.35* I love this place the Belton stories great the employees are all friendly and helpful, i like how they opened another side to it really gives a good variety and selection. I have found some very high dollar items such as powerbeats pro by Dr Dre. It’s a great scavenger hunt. They will figure out any way to charge you fees, probably laundering money, make up their own rules on the spot and takes their trash to fluff their pallets plus steals from other pallet auction sites. That doesn’t include that they’ll even steal your stuff off your pallet or damage it by dropping it off your pallet and smashing your items by carrying out multiple pallets. ### 1/5 — New updated app, crap! *2023-04-07, version 5.0.0* This new updated app is full of bugs and doesn’t work worth a crap! It freezes when the auctions are closing and is horrible. Worse change retail rebel ever made. Like imagine your washer pump goes out and almost like magic the next week retail rebels has this pump . It doesn’t get any better than this! Also the Managers are some of the Coolest , upbeat , and respectful folks. They make you feel like your part of the Rebel Family! And all the Employees are so cool and helpful! Even the security staff is A1! So it went up $5 🤷🏽‍♂️ I am not complaining because what I find is always more than $10. Sunday’s goes back to $5 each item. I don’t go on weekdays so I don’t have any complains on those days, but Saturday and Sunday with some people going the wrong way that is the only complaint I have.
