Pick up and dropoff times showing in the map is incorrect. Because of this as a parent waiting for longer time at stop after taking a break from work meetings

This is my second day using the app and one of my child’s information isn’t popping up. The other child’s bus information says he hasn’t been picked up when he has. The bus came earlier than the app said. I can’t find any bus route for my middle school child. It’s frustrating.

This app is aggravating. I have closed it reopened it. It still does not work. It shows the time, but it does not show the bus. The bus is not moving. Nothing like that. Happens these days. This is gonna be a rough school year.

I’ve had this app for two years and I don’t see how it gets 4.5 stars. It doesn’t work about 75% of the time. Like today, I’ve checked both morning and afternoon, and it is not giving real time updates of where the bus is. It is garbage and I wouldn’t have it but my school district doesn’t post information on where the bus stop and bus number is so I have to get it. Honestly, I could get this information and delete it the rest of the year because it serves no purpose

What's New
We will slowly be rolling out a new look for scans!  If your district has additional technology installed on their school bus, a new layout will be available showing you more information about your student's scan activity.

New functionality for you district is also available in this release, if they choose to use it.  Instead of adding your student, if your district has your email address from another system (such as when you registered for school), your student's can be linked automatically!  This prevents you from having to add your students, having them show and stay up to date automatically between school years.
