However it would great if the app had accurate information. Thank goodness I have two kids. Our school used to use a different app that worked flawlessly, then changed to My Ride K-12 this year. This one causes more problems than it’s worth, particularly (1) the bus tracker is woefully laggy, showing where the bus was 2 minutes ago instead of real-time, causing many people to miss or nearly miss the bus, and (2) the ETAs are laughably inaccurate — for example, showing 30 minutes out when the bus is right around the corner. I hope either the developers fix the app, the company fixes the tracking software, or our School District changes back to the other system. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Invalid CSRF token *2026-09-07, version 2026.3.43* I keep getting this invalid token error, error message is not useful for end users, no info how to fix it. I deleted and redownloaded, hoping it’d help but it didn’t. My kid’s school uses this app and I can’t sign up due to that persistant invalid CSRF token error. Since then, it always gives inaccurate info. Told me the bus was 22 minutes late this morning, but it was on time. Similarly for the afternoon drop off, it’s a good thing I was out at the original drop off time because the app told me it would be 14 minutes late. Kids get off school at 2:10 but tells me drop off is at 2:04 Other times it says drop off has been completed but bus hasn’t even left the school. The app will tell me that my son has been dropped off in the afternoon and I’m sitting at the bus stop still waiting for him for 30 more minutes.
