I don’t know whether this was created by a high school or college student, but at least it could have been user tested before releasing it.  You can’t do anything until you log in but if you don’t have a username and password, you can’t create one with the app.

Nearby Requests has not worked for at least a few weeks.

I love this app.  Anytime I’ve submitted a request through it, the city fixes the problem within hours. I’ve submitted requests for a large pothole, 2 missing stop signs, malfunctioning stop light.
