В карантине решила вспомнить прогулки по Риму, купила экскурсию
Но приложение не видит оплаты, предлагает снова купить! И уверена, что за снов деньги также спишет, и ничего не загрузит.. почините приложение или верните деньги! 

Скрины платежа и невозможности начать экскурсию хотелось бы прикрепит, также нельзя зарегистрироваться в приложении, чтобы написать разработчику - выдаёт ошибки

I bought this app and paid $15 for the audio tours of Rome , but none of them will download on Wi-fi or cellular. That was the whole point of getting this app while traveling to Italy. Please fix and issue me a refund ASAP
