## What is My Roof?

My Roof is for people who own a home and would like to keep an eye on what it is worth, without being sold anything.

It is a private app for clients of Samuel Gajmer at Harcourts Northwest Realty. Sam appraises your property in person, and this is where that appraisal lives afterwards along with what is happening in your street and your suburb.

WHAT IS INSIDE

Your property
The current appraised value of your own home, and how that has moved since the last time Sam looked at it.

Your market
Reports for your suburb. What has sold, what it went for, and how long it took.

Sam AI
Ask a question and get an answer straight away, drawn from your own records and Sam's notes on the local market. It asks before you use it the first time, it does not guess, and you can turn it off.

Your agent
Message Sam directly. He reads every message himself.

Listings
Have a look at what is on the market. Save the ones you like so they are there when you come back.

HOW ACCESS WORKS

My Roof shows what one specific property is worth, so every account is tied to a home Sam has appraised in person. New sign-ups wait for Sam to open the account. If he has not been to your place yet, you can ask him to come and have a look from inside the app.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-16

A big update, and most of it is about showing you more before you have to do anything.

- Pick your suburb the moment you open the app and see what its market is doing: median price, homes sold, how long they are taking. No account needed.

- Your property file has been rebuilt. Your appraisal range sits at the top with the date I last walked through and when I next review it, followed by how your value has moved and the actual sales it was based on.

- Market reports are now a full monthly brief for your suburb: where sales landed from lowest to highest, what sold by number of bedrooms, supply and demand, and what it means in plain words. Figures come from REINZ.

- Book a coffee and a chat, separate from a property appraisal. Just a conversation about the market, with no visit and nothing to prepare.

- Choose how I stay in touch: app only, a quarterly call, or whenever something matters. Change it any time, and I stick to it.

- Updates and news can now be filtered, so you can read just the market advice or just the messages.

Redesigned throughout, and quicker to move around.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-06

Open the app straight away, no waiting. See your suburb's market report, browse local listings, and get your home's verified value from an in-person visit, updated every 90 days.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-05

No release notes.
