My Key makes Mobile Keys for hotel simple, secure and easy to use. Add your profile, book a room
at one of the participating hotels, find your reservation automatically listed in the application and
request a mobile key! Open the door to your hotel room by simply opening the app and holding the
phone against the lock. We deliver the room key straight to your smartphone and no need to worry
about keycards anymore.
My Key is supported by a growing number of hotels and works seamlessly with mobile check-in and
kiosks from Ariane. You can even combine traditional keycards and mobile keys giving you full
flexibility and freedom of choice.
About My Key:
My Key currently supports mobile keys using BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) by dormakaba Mobile
Access. Support for additional technologies and suppliers will be added in the near future.
Hotel reservations from participating hotels are securely matched using verified e-mail or mobile
phone numbers added by the user to the personal profile of My Key. No personal data is shared or
used for other purposes.
