### 1/5 — Cannot return to dashboard

The app is stuck at the point where it shows my name and my different policies, and there is no button option or swipe. I can do to return the app back to the dashboard to change settings, C claims, etc. It basically is completely useless and bricked. Restarting the app and restarting the phone does nothing.

Registered and verified email ok. After that, clicking on Sign in have an error message and requested email address, entering email address resulted in new request to set password and register. App froze. Turned phone off, tried again. 3x. Same story. Deleted app.

Product needs significant work to enable customers to actually use and not waste time. 
I need to make a claim, and I was unable to do so.
The signup process is confusing, then the app does not provide any other functionality that actually adds value. The app also should required a two factor authentication for security process.

The app works very poorly. 
Just tried to open it after a few months and it just kept crashing. 
Removed and reinstalled it. It allowed me to login but then when I selected my policies it went to my car policy but now I can’t go back to anything else 🤬
