Events

Joining an event now automatically adds its linked route to your device.
Fixed accepting invites to secret groups.
Event creators and managers can join events using the Join button.
Leave event, cancel event, and remove participants added.
Ride tracking shows who has started / not started the ride.
Event notifications (organizer messages, participant messages, marker completion) now arrive when the app is closed.

Fixed marker add/edit screen in saved route editing on iOS.
