Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to edit routines without the app crashing and deleting all the routines I’ve already entered. It happens every time, so the app is unusable. Please fix this bug! (iPhone 8, if that’s helpful) ### 1/5 — I want a refund! *2014-02-24, version 2.1.5* Spent a good amount of time editing the 1 delivered routine. I clicked to add a picture from my photo gallery and it crashed. Okay, no big deal. I'll just open it back up and keep going. NO! The routine is gone. Crap! Thus far, I can't figure out how to delete items in the schedule. It arranges the groups in alphabetical order instead of the order that I want them in. There's no help screen, and thus far, I haven't found a way to contact the company to figure it out. You get 10 beeps to switch tasks, but the microphone that you can record what task your only works if u push a button on every task. I wish it auto played recordings as child gets ready for day. However, no audio signal to let one know that the timer has finished. If a child is brushing teeth or playing to a set timer, how would they know the activity is finished?? It took my a while to figure out I had to layer my visuals more than I wanted into groupings. It is fast to get pictures loaded straight from camera feature, but does not simply go to photo album, it freezes up. I didn’t want him to think each task he did he got paid. After going through 25 apps I am happy with this one. App is easy to use. ### 5/5 — Exactly what I was looking for, works well *2014-11-01, version 2.1.5* I was hesitant to buy this because of bad reviews, but did anyways because it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I found it easy to use, and it works well on my iPhone 6 with no crashes or problems. I don't understand why it has negative reviews. Tap the hints to get rid of them, tap the pencil to edit a step, tap + to add a step, tap the i to change settings.
