Works extremely well, even compared to the previous app which was very user friendly and intuitive, this app is amazing.

I cannot update to the latest IOS because I have a perfectly functional iPad that iOS wants me to discontinue with. So now I need to come into a Royal Bank Branch for every transaction I need to make. Neither of us wants that. And the iOS update isn’t critical to Royal Bank’s business. So let it go and let normal people do business without having to update w/ Apple.

every time I’m having an emergency and need to switch money from my savings to my checking, the app is down and I get an error message and can’t get my money. I love everything else but this is happening very often and it’s really screwing things up for me..

The updated process of depositing a check through the app is much more cumbersome than the previous version. I have to tap the check a few times before it captures the photo. It is not user friendly like the previous version that would automatically capture the photo of your check.

I love Royal bank, I’ve been with Royal for 35yrs. The only issue is the long wait to get a replacement debit card. Other banks are able to print them up within minutes as you wait.

Royal Bank is such a great place to bank! The staff is so very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! When you walk in they know your name and it feels so personable!

Every time I log in it tells me to update. I go to the play store, it’s already updated. I click on open in the play store and finally the box pops up for the 4 digit code. Every.Time.

Sorry, not real fond of the new look either. Old version was more user friendly.
