Beyond the fact that they have a terrible app, the company is just horrible. They have terrible communication and take weeks to respond in an appropriate matter, if they respond at all. Zero stars if I could. ### 5/5 — Works Well *2022-11-01, version 4.6* Whatever problems they had before have been remedied. Registration was easy, no more timing out, and there is a log off option. Everything is nice and smooth throughout. ### 1/5 — Always issues *2022-09-03, version 4.5* Every month I try to make a payment there are issues. Now it suddenly doesn’t recognize my logon; like I never registered. ### 1/5 — Embarrassing app, horrendous customer service *2022-06-08, version 4.4* Username and password I enter on mobile app are exactly what I use on web browser log in, yet I get “user/password invalid”. How could there possibly be a disconnect here? Speaking of web browser. I have sent several important messages though website, each one has automated reply stating “we realize the urgency of your inquiry….We will have a written response to your inquiry”. I’m still waiting on that written response to a message I sent a month ago. Those are just two examples of incompetence but list is endless. And I have only been with them 7 months!! Obviously no one would choose this company. They are just stuck with this pathetic operation, like me, because original company sold them my mortgage. ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2022-04-07, version 4.2* All of the sudden the App stopped working last month! Rushmore Rep told me I needed to delete the App (even from the iCloud) and start again but she was wan’t unable to explain how to delete the App from iCloud and apparently there’s no Tech support to help either. I’ve tried everything suggested by YouTube to delete the App from iCloud without success - next stop is the Apple store. The Rep did mention that they’ve waived the fees for paying over the phone now - Hmmm I wonder if they were anticipating this issue becuz before they charged such a high fee I thought to discourage doing this. I’d rather not have to call or mail in my payment every month if at all possible ### 1/5 — App *2021-11-12, version 4.2* The worst! ### 1/5 — Blank screen *2021-11-11, version 4.1* After I log in the screen goes blank. Can’t do nothing at this point. It needs to be fixed. ### 2/5 — Unable to make payments, login snafus again *2021-11-01, version 4.1* I have to make snail mail payments because logging in doesn’t work on the app. Nor on their web browser. It’d be easier if Rushmore had a PayPal or CashApp account. Please fix it, I don’t trust it enough for automatic monthly billing. ### 1/5 — Garbage for an app *2021-10-06, version 4.1* I haven’t been able to log in or reset my password for months now. I just keep getting an error message. ### 2/5 — Only works in Portrait Mode *2021-06-30, version 4.0* Would be nice to allow it to work in Landscape mode.
