I would love it if it at least had listings, a way to actually access your account ### 1/5 — Useless - No TV2 *2018-05-08, version 1.1* Channel 2 Live Stream shows 10 seconds of SECTV’s Community Bulletin Board. I hope that’s not what they mean by Award Winning Programming. I was hoping to catch the Iron Pigs and Phantoms while I was out and about or traveling, but I guess not. Inventor and Pioneer John Walson Sr. would be so disappointed in this failed attempt. ### 1/5 — Worthless, like the rest of their Services *2016-11-30, version 1.0* After more than 2 years this app continues to be lagging in technology and service while maintaining the misleading impression you can "access and manage" your account, when in fact you cannot. Apple should remove and shut down the app all together. It tells me what I already know about my account. I downloaded it believing I could access all areas of my account, especially bill payment. B) the 'buttons' to all the 'supported' streaming services don't actually start those services -- they just link to the iTunes Store where you have to download them exactly the same way you would if you searched for them yourself in the store! C) even after you log into this app and download those individual streaming service apps, you still have to re-validate your same sectv login and password in EACH of the downloaded apps. Surely this app could have been designed to make it easier to use the very streaming services the app is being flogged as providing access to ### 1/5 — Not what I was expected... *2014-07-26, version 1.0* I know this app is brand new but it totally was not what I was expecting. When you sign in you only have a few options to chose from which are not very helpful and you can't even view or pay your bill from the app. Hope this gets a update soon. I traded in my combo router modem for just a modem since it was 6$ cheaper a month come to find out I’m being charged 5 dollars for the modem now……. Wtf….. the 1gb speed is about the only semi decent thing they offer besides there 200$ modem that’s worth 3 times the amount of the router combo….. and runs at 2gb sec speeds Christ you can go fiber off that… It’s also extremely hard to get any assistance for my bill that they advertise online… ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-03-30, version 1.2* I can’t stream the channel. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2020-12-23, version 1.2* Literally the most pointless app I have ever scene-can't make payments, see your bill, see what package you have-nothing! Terrible App *2019-05-28, version 1.2* Service Electric Cablevision is the best. The best at ripping off their customers. Twice the price for half the service. The only thing worse than this app is what they charge for their service in areas where they have no competition. Everything from their content to their sloppy and intrusive tower sites to this worthless app is terrible and I ‘m being kind! They call themselves good neighbors. NOT!!! DELETED!!!! ### 1/5 — As outdated as the company is *2018-10-25, version 1.1* You would think since we (customers) have to pay nearly double the price of RCN for 1/5th the internet speeds, that Service Electric would have a surplus of money left over to design a half-decent app that allows for paying..said overpriced bills. Nope!! Just a useless app so SE can “appear” to not be as outdated as they really are. No way to pay your bill with it. Totally useless. Save your data space. This app is much like Service Electrics service. Woefully inadequate and useless. Huh? You don’t need to reinvent the wheel here. Check out some of of your competitors to see what they doing. It doesn’t take a lot of research and development. You can pay a 14 year kid to handle this. This app isn’t the worth the space it takes up on your phone.
