## What is My Shared Space?

My Shared Space helps you create a private workspace for files, notes, mobile uploads, device approvals, and modular productivity tools. Use it to organize household or team files, keep notes, approve trusted devices, and preview an expandable productivity hub with app modules, roles, integrations, automations, and shared activity.

The app is private by default and keeps core workspace actions available without subscriptions or paywalls. iPhone and iPad users can create or join a space, add photos and files from their phone, and use the Add to Shared Space extension to send supported items into the workspace.

Shared Space is also designed as the foundation for a larger productivity ecosystem. Future apps can connect through shared navigation, permissions, events, import/export flows, webhooks, dashboards, templates, and plugin-ready modules.
