Many glitches. Can’t get my tickets this year or last. Can’t pay on my account. Have contacted Sheas on multiple occasions, but no fix yet.

Can’t load my tickets or transfer them. Had to get paper tickets at will call. No one to offer app support to fix it.

The Sheas app will not bring up my ticket and since I can’t use Ticketmaster, I can’t get to my ticket. My rating is actually less than one star.

This app does not let you save tickets to Apple Wallet, despite many pop ups prompting you to do so. This app was revamped last year and it’s been terrible ever since. The Ticketmaster interface is terrible! Do better, Shea’s!

Stop telling me to add my tickets to Apple Wallet. There is no option to do that, and it’s just annoying. I am not a fan of this app. It’s actually gotten worse with the last few updates.

Not a well-designed App.  At all. The bugs include no longer allowing you to save your season ticket to Apple Wallet (which it used to allow), constantly being forced to log back in. And WHY can you not switch your ticket to another performance WITHOUT having to call the box office?? The whole experience is really terrible and frustrating. I do not recommend.

They updated the app to solve some problem with season tickets (that I definitely did not have). Now, it keeps telling me to save my tickets in Apple Wallet, but I don’t see any way to actually do that. This upgrade is AWFUL.

Very easy to navigate even for a Senior like myself! So simple to save to your Apple Wallet. Only thing missing are my parking passes.
