I’ve tried turning off the app, restarting the game, got to maximum level on each mall and checked to see if there was a new update… nothing. I was ignored. I spent money on diamonds huge mistake. I’ve now lost everything including my real money. I had no choice, so they take your money and then they freeze the game. That’s my point of view the only option i had was to delete the whole app and reinstall it and start from scratch. It was the only way I can start playing the game again very unhappy and upset. I love this game. I even tried to remove it from the Home screen and that still didn’t work. I tried everything. I’m autistic so there’s only certain games I really like but don’t bother contacting them they won’t listen. You get ignored.
