Please fix it! ### 3/5 — No closings *2020-11-15, version 3.7.9* I’m not getting any closings at all, what I’m I doing wrong? ### 3/5 — Format Not user friendly *2019-08-27, version 3.6.4* With each update it seems the format on both the iPhone and iPad makes it a bit more difficult to adjust to and use. This recent update to the iPad has made it next to impossible for me to accept any alerts from that device. In both landscape and portrait positions the alerts come through in the upper right side. I have the 10” iPad and in the landscape position the “Accept & Decline” buttons are pretty much hidden. You can attempt to push up on the alert screen to get the buttons to show but it doesn’t work well and if you use this App you are aware time is crucial. Additionally, the size of the alert on my iPad in both positions is smaller than on my iPhone 8 Plus, so having buttons difficult to get to is frustrating. The iPad format is now too busy, personally I preferred the entire screen to show the alert with the button on the lower right to assist in pushing the alert through. The button is now gone and trying to push the alert through in the alert screen on the iPad to open once you hear the notification doesn’t work, the lag time all but assures you’ll miss the opportunity. I agree with another review that there needs to be notification sound options, preferably the availability to turn them on/off like you have for the morning and message alerts. Now you get the same sound for signing opportunities every time the pkg comes available or is updated, so you are jumping each time. This is not necessary. We are not allowed to download a pkg more than 12 hrs in advance, so why send a sound notification for any pkg availability or update prior to 12 hrs it serves no purpose. The yellow ribbon is enough to let us know it’s there or was updated. Once you do receive a sound notification that the pkg is available or updated, by clicking on it you get a pop up that says no longer available, doesn’t make sense. I have had as many as 6 sound notifications in the middle of the night starting from 2:00 a.m. for signings way outside of the 12 hr window and as many as 14 within a one hour timeframe, 4 were signings I accepted and the rest for pkgs available and updated. The format on the iPhone is too busy as well. The prior format was more easy to read and organized. The solid blue now being on the side rather than on the dates blend the jobs together and so they don't stand out. I have sent emails regarding these views. The new format could realistically impact earnings so I hope this feedback will get some reconsideration of the recent formats. I, and believe others, prefer a well functioning design that may not be fancy but assures a clear path to accepting opportunities and eliminate a hard to navigate screen ### 4/5 — Love me some Amrock! *2024-06-03, version 4.0.3* Been working with them a few years now.. love the electronic signings! All of their signings are pretty straight forward and easy to complete. I see the app just updated today with an evaluation score instead of 4 different categories. A mistake will DEFINITELY cost you! I’m still paying for it a couple months later by not receiving many offers. I’ve been on with “IT and partner management “ and all they say is your profile is correct. The IT guy said that he couldn’t help me it had to be Partner Management. I wish someone could help me. Seems like someone could send me a Ron test notification to determine why nothing is coming my way.Obviously there’s a glitch in the system. We know when payments will be made and can keep track of our score card. I called early today to say that I did not have a toggle button to get back to the Home Screen after I read an announcement. I would have to turn my IPhone off and turn it back on to get out of the program. The screen would freeze up.
