Keep fixing the home page for more than a month! ### 1/5 — Even payment page also can be lagging *2026-07-28, version 10.23.0* What kind of app will encourage user not to make payment.. this app try several times want to pay the bill also cannot headache ### 1/5 — Utterly useless service *2026-07-12, version 10.22.2* The app is ok - the internet service is almost like a dial up from the 1990’s. As a National service, they should embarrassed ### 1/5 — Buggy, slow, incompetent *2026-06-22, version 10.22.1* Singtel forces you to use this app for all payments — you cannot pay on their website, even though their emails says you can. If you are on WiFi or log into your account, you can’t pay your bills. If you tab out of the app while paying, you can’t pay your bills. Want to see your bill breakdown? You can’t do that — you need to go to customer service which involves two forms, one WhatsApp chat, and maybe even a few calls. This is the worst app experience I have had by a mile. Every update makes this app worse. Every time I load the chat it is super slow to load. And the agent takes 5-30+ minutes to reply. App does not work, states wrong password everytime you login. After you successfully reset a password and you will be able to log in (ONCE), asks you to verify your identity using billing account number. I know my account number from my pass paper bills but this app says it is invalid when I key it in. I mentioned (ONCE) earlier because after you close the app and try to login with the new password, it says WRONG PASSWORD. However the same “WRONG” password works on the browser. ?_? Even if you can login to the website browser you can’t do anything to manage your account. Bill doesn’t show up, it asks to download this trash app . You can hardly load anything else. The loading icon is perpetually on the screen I don’t know why this is 4.2 stars on app store, google playstore reviews speaks for itself ### 1/5 — Can’t process credit card payment for my bill *2026-04-01, version 10.20.3* Error message is useless and not informative. ### 1/5 — On 16 Mar no signal , no call, no data & 1688 don’t care customer calling *2026-03-16, version 10.20.1* I have tried calling customer service at 1688 many times, but no one answer my call. The phone is just keeping ringing with ringtone songs. At least someone should answer and inform the customers about what is the issue and reassure us that the problem is being fixed. May I know what is the responsibility of the customer care’s services duty team is ? Customer pay bill every month ($35+) so we expect proper support when there is a problem. There is so many options for every month $10, but I still choose Singtel SingOnly plan $35. ( I am not customer take line and phone, only use Sing-Only plan). Could you please explain what is happening with the network and how Singtel will take responsibility for this issue? I would also appreciate a proper apologies to customer for the inconvenience caused. ### 1/5 — Constantly buggy *2026-03-10, version 10.19.0* Ever since I started using Singtel, their app has always been buggy. One thing I remembered was their rewards page not loading at all saying they will fix but it last for quite a period. Then there was one small point in the timeline where the app seems to be starting to work well. But recently, it has gone downhill again. The app won’t even load the home page properly. It has been showing “Something went wrong. We’re working to fix this. Please try again” for several months already. The roam page is also not working properly.
