I wouldn’t have downloaded it. ### 1/5 — HELP *2023-01-26* My experience as an iphone user is inability to access prompt “take a tour or join” once logged in. This prompt can be seen when I use my finger to scroll to the bottom but once my finger selects it the page jumps back to the top so I’m trapped on the homepage. ### 1/5 — I can’t even get past the login page :/ *2022-09-04, version Version 10* I keep trying this app, love the concept, but I can’t sign in, can’t re-signup. Will not be giving my credit card info to an app. ### 2/5 — Not well designed *2024-05-22* As others have mentioned, the app is super glitchy and it tends to log you out as you navigate across pages. You also need to log on everytime you open the app, which is super inconvenient and loses the functionality of a truly mobile app. The last update was a year ago — so please hire developers with consistency because this app has so much potential. ### 2/5 — Can’t use *2021-08-28* Would really like to use but there is a problem with the paywall and I cannot get a reply back from support. ### 3/5 — Eh… *2023-02-02* Skating is my life but this app ain’t it, yet. If you plan on designing an app make it is absolutely user friendly. I don’t want to be signing in to an app every single time I open it, it’s already on my phone. Not like I’m signing into my bank account. So it’s very annoying to retype in my email address and password every single time. It should remember my login information, that’s my biggest complaint so far. Probably the main reason I don’t use it too much honestly… even when you close out of it for a second it takes you right back to the log in page and you’re back to square one. And you HAVE to have a login they don’t a consolidated page of all the free videos and then you can decide to have a password and login if you want to sign up as a member, which also doesn’t make much sense to me. But I still love the videos and I love that they have the “coaches in your area” section that is such a smart idea! I hope more coaches sign up closer to me and I can’t wait to see how this app grows and develops over time because I know there are plenty of talented people working on it. ### 3/5 — Review Update *2022-09-10* The only downsides I see to this app is a little glitchy and I have a new phone. The other downside is that you can’t manage the subscription through the App Store. I do think the content is helpful for beginner to intermediate skaters and it is definitely aesthetically pleasing. The customer service is a little lacking in the area of urgency but they did help me with my request. I previously had left a very negative review and was pretty upset that it took a bit to receive support, but they did resolve the issue which I appreciate. ### 5/5 — I love this app *2025-08-21* I’m so happy to see so many amazing skaters on the app as coaches and it’s cool that you can also become a skate instructor. I use to be so afraid of practicing and embarrassing myself in front of people now I practice right in my backyard with the easy tutorials. Love that there are so many different styles and instructors to explore! Many times when I was trying to scroll, the app was so sensitive it opened up tutorials. That made it a little frustrating to search for tutorials. It’s really cool that there are different genres and skill levels. The tutorials that are posted are extremely thorough and easy to follow along. It makes it much easier than going to YouTube and having constantly search. Another thing that’s really cool of the app owner is that they donate to nonprofits.
