Doesn’t work now. *2026-08-13* I’ve been using the My Sleep Coach app for almost a year to order my CPAP supplies and it’s been great. Now it stopped working. Tried to register again and it sent me an email to reset my password but the link in the email doesn’t work. What happened? ### 1/5 — Never used *2026-08-11* I signed up, selected “my first login”, never got an agent. Did it again like a week later. Got some person to verify my login. Went to login - couldn’t. Still can’t. Just easier to use their site and email or phone. Good idea. Failed execution. ### 1/5 — Dave *2026-08-08* This app is a joke. I’ve been ordering c-pap supplies for three years and now it won’t let me on my account no matter what I try. Home Medical Products is a joke. ### 1/5 — Problems from the beginning *2026-06-26* There is no “help” option for starters. When I registered my email, it didn’t give me an option to create a password and took me back to the login page, for which I do not have a password! I selected “forgot my password” and still no email has come for ANYTHING and that was about 4 hours ago. When I click on the “app support” through the app page in the Apple Store, it just takes me right to the same login page THAT DOESN’T WORK. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2026-06-17* This App is completely useless. Every time I try and log in, it gives me a message to verify the email address. I then get an email that has no verification link, just information on how to download the app. When I tried the ‘forgot’ my password’ link I got an email with a link that didn’t work. There is no way to actually get in and use the app. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-05-26* This app is practically useless and should not be promoted until it’s functional. It creates an unnecessary extra layer of complexity to something that’s already complicated by supply deadlines, insurance requirements, doctor visits and 3rd party CPAP company compliance. I have not received any follow up from My Sleep Coach and nothing seems to be loaded into the system. Do not recommend the app. ### 1/5 — Awful App! *2026-05-23* This App is STILL awful. It freezes and forces me to reset my password every time I use it. App intent is wonderful but worst execution. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would!! ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-04-15, version 3.6.0* This app is useless. Can’t login can’t get a link to reset password. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-04-02* Won’t let me register as a new user the keypad locks up and you can’t do anything. It shouldn’t even be offered as an option to reorder supplies. ### 1/5 — Absolute c**p *2026-03-30* Can't even get out of the starting gate. Click "create new account"; goes to a form asking for your name, etc.; keyboard won't even input what you type.
