Also wir haben den Smartfox pro 2 und nen Charger dazu installiert bekommen.
Die App ist für das was man am Ende für die Kiste bezahlt so dermaßen schlecht. Angebunden ist ein Goodwe Wechselrichter der laut Smartfox heute 407 MWh Energie geliefert hat. Wirklich? Gestern waren die Werte mit ein paar kWh noch plausibel. Zusätzlich sind die einfachsten Grundfunktionen einer Aop nicht vorhanden, teilweise ist man auf Seiten gefangen weil es keine zurück oder schließen Taste gibt. Das Fragezeichen unten kann man gar nicht bedienen und das Dashboard zurücksetzen geht auch nicht.
Eigentlich ist ein Stern noch zu viel.
Einen Support für Privatkunden ( das sind wohl die, die bezahlen) gibt es leider auch nicht wirklich, also wenn ein Entwickler mal Lust hat mit mir zu sprechen, ich zeige ihm gern die Bugs in der App!

Also was will man sagen, das ist ne schlechte Homepage, die ne App sein möchte. Reagiert ewig langsam, wenn man denn mal einen Button beim ersten Mal erwischt. Es ist eine Katastrophe, Bedienbarkeit gleich null am Handy. Am besten man meldet sich einfach am PC an. Aber selbst da isses nicht gut.

Ich würde die Smartfox- App gern nutzen, um mir zwischendurch immer mal wieder einen schnellen Überblick über die Energie-Situation in meinem Haus zu verschaffen, bzw., um schnell mal z.B. Wallbox-Lade-Einstellungen zu verändern.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich die App aufrufe, bin ich wieder auf den Anmelde-Bildschirm zurückgeworfen.

Und jedes Mal dauert es „ewig + 3 Tage“, bis sich die Live-Ansicht aufbaut.

Diese beiden Sachverhalte werden doch schon seit urlanger Zeit als Rezension zurückgemeldet.

Interessiert das niemanden?

Ich denke, dass die Entwickler doch selbst diverse Apps nutzen Wie würden sie selbst eine App für sich beurteilen, bei der man sich x Mal am Tag neu anmelden muss und die dann auch noch so dermaßen träge ist?

Die Anzeige 'Die Live-Verbindung zum Smartfox wird hergestellt. Wenn dieser Vorgang länger als eine Minute dauert, besteht möglicherweise ein Problem mit der Internetverbindung.' ist meine Standard-Anzeige..seit Langem..
Im Grunde hat es von Anfang an gehakt-komischerweise funktionieren andere Apps (wie zB die von der PV-Anlage od WP) einwandfrei..

Die Tatsache, dass die letzte App-Version 1 Jahr alt ist zeigt ja schon, dass hier offenbar null Interesse an Verbesserung besteht..

Traurig..aber gut, dass ich demnächst ein kostenloses Smart Meter einer Stromfirma bekomme..hoffe, dass das System dann intelligenter wird!

Bei den vielen negativen Rezensionen möchte ich mal mitteilen, dass die App bei mir vom ersten Tag an gut funktioniert. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. 
Nur die Wetter Kachel funktioniert nicht mit meinem Standort. 
Was ich allerdings nicht so gut finde: dass sehr lange kein Update veröffentlicht wurde.

Bis gestern träge, aber voll funktionsfähige Smartfox App via iOS 17/18 (sowohl iPhone wie iPad). Jetzt wird in der Liveview nicht mehr wie vorher unsere Wallbox zum Starten angezeigt, sondern nur noch kryptisch eine Box mit Schiebereglern 0-3. Wie bitte soll ich wissen, wie das jetzt funktioniert- wo sind meine Presets mit automatisch, Zwangsladung, etc. ???
Steuert man den Smartfox hingegen nicht via App sondern über einen Browser direkt via statische IP Adresse an, so erscheint (noch !) das alte Interface und wir können die Wallbox wie zuvor starten.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wer dieses Update „verbrochen“ hat. Bitte umgehend die alte Version wieder einspielen - Danke !
