Unfortunately, this latest update has logged me out, and everytime I submit my email address to reset my password, the app tells me I'm offline, when I'm connected to the Wifi and everything else on my device is not working. I'm now locked out of the app, and therefore can't access anything. I'm very much looking forward to this being rectified so I give this a 5 star rating! ### 1/5 — Not for older devices *2023-03-19, version 4.0.5* No longer works on an IPad Air 1 unfortunately. Allows you to download but won’t open once downloaded ### 1/5 — Won’t even let me register! *2023-03-14, version 4.0.5* Just downloaded the app and tried to sign up. When sent the original email to confirm my email, it says there is an error.. went back to try to log in and the says that the username email is taken, but when trying to reset or retrieve password it says it will send an email, but nothing arrives.. going around in circles and getting nowhere.. ### 1/5 — Logging in *2023-01-20* It didn’t let me log into my account after I made one. It told me to check me connection or try again and my connection is perfectly fine. **Developer response:** We apologise for the inconvenience. It says that it’s the wrong password so I did a password reset but I’ve never received the email to reset the password **Developer response:** We’re sorry you’re having difficulties in resetting your password. If you could create it so the reader could enter a range of chapters, you’d be golden. For example, my reading plan has me reading Ruth 1-4. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for the feedback. We hope this new functionality meets your expectations. ### 4/5 — Named entries *2020-01-03* Good app, but I wish there was some way to name the entries. I’ve journaled first years and it helps to label them (“fear”, “trust”, etc) so when I look back over them I can search for one that speaks to where I am in life. Sort of like writing my own devotional. Hard to do when they are only listed by verse reference. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feed­back. The next version which should be available soon will allow you to add labels/tags to each journal entry and allow searching for these labels/tags. We hope this will make using the app a better fit for your needs and make finding journal entries a little easier. Regards ### 5/5 — Start my day of right *2025-01-24* The MY SOAP Journal is absolutely amazing. It is the best way to read your Bible first thing, with a cup of coffee. If you have a hard time reading a chapter a day of God’s Word, start this, and the questions are right to the point. Then add your prayer for the day.
