Took me an hour to get through just the order process due to website glitches and then it charged me for a duplicate order!! Seems to be getting worst over the past two years... Nowhere to add promo codes although the line appears at checkout. Features advertised do not exist, such as 24/7 live chat... I've scoured the entire app and can't find this at all. Editing tools are clunky and slow and there appears to be no support whatsoever at the weekend! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — NOT USER FRIENDLY *2024-11-09* I know this has been around awhile so I’m confused how it can be so bad. Work gets deleted, pages appear & disappear, disappears from cart, not saved, not in library, and you really cannot edit it much. I wish you could add in photos from your phone and also be able to edit more so that pictures can be easily uploaded, moved, or deleted. This app and site needs work! ### 1/5 — No Help Given *2023-01-07, version 1.3.4.2* I’m so frustrated with this App. I’ve used over several years in the past with excellent results but now that I want to create a new book of my memories from 2022 the App keeps failing me. I’ve contacted My Social Book via email and from the in-App Help but have had no response whatsoever. However I’ve had numerous email asking if I’ve forgotten anything in my Basket with a link back to the site but when I click the link the message tells me my Basket is EMPTY!!!! Customer Service needs much improvement! ### 1/5 — Great idea- terrible execution *2022-05-01* Every time I think I’m getting somewhere I lose connection to Facebook and then it won’t reconnect until I back out and it deletes all the work I did. Too many glitches. Great idea if it actually worked ### 1/5 — Poor and sad *2019-02-17* Great idea for creating book from fb post but worst app/technology— I took me 5 tries to create a book finally when I was on the payment screen it asked me to validate email left the app to do that on my return my custom book disappeared— app asked to start new book after every click it kept loading— Chatbooks is much better it stores you work in progress. I’m sorry to say— I wasted my precious time on your stupid app. ### 1/5 — My recent social book was a total rip off! *2018-01-09* Wouldn't recommend it to Anyone!! You can do this for much less of a cost!!! Don't even waste your time and $$$$$ ### 1/5 — Crashed! *2017-10-31* App was fun to use and I managed to easily design what I wanted. All good until I tried to checkout and then the app just repeatedly crashes and closes. There's no other version. **Developer response:** Hello. We are happy to inform you this has been fixed. You can without any new download access the service again. Sorry about that. We also inform you a new version of the app will be released soon. Including a lot of new features like automatically creating your collection of PhotoBooks or creating in 1 click a Best Of Book.
