The My Southbank App is a great free addition to my newsletter subscription and gives me immediate updates to the latest articles and recommendations.

So I can login to the website using the password manager stored details without issue. However these same details are not recognized by the app, so where are the app details stored and why is it not same server as the website

I was able to login on this app very rarely. The website works, the app usually does not allow you to log in. I have now deleted it as I have better uses for my time. Just get to the website login page and save it to the Home Screen and waste no more time on this failed app.

This is the second time an update has killed saved messages.

Previously anything saved was deleted and you only allowed messages to be kept for 30 days.

With this latest update, I appear to be able to add messages to favourites but when I go to the saved tab, it fails to load anything with the error

“Error loading. Please try reloading the page”

which repeats with each refresh.

Now I can’t see any old saved messages or new ones!

I’ve been using SI for years and have had to go back to using my laptop to access your content.  You really the need to get this fixed as the length of time taken so far to resolve fairly simple issues suggests you don’t really care too much about your subscribers users experience.
