I’m a bit annoyed, whenever you want to use the app to make a claim there is ALWAYS loading issues. Why can’t this organisation get the simple things right? I use the app maybe 6 times a year, I think the app has loaded successfully twice.

Every time I attempt to log in to the app, I encounter an error message stating “Forgot my credentials.” Subsequently, I am prompted to enter my first name, last name, South Cross number, date of birth, and email address. The option to add a PIN for quick login is entirely irrelevant in this context. Because of this on going issue I am likely to change insurers due the difficulty of monitoring and making claims.

Absolutely useless app doesn’t accept my password or policy number and when I do exactly on the website , voila it suddenly knows who I am and had my policy details but the app treats me like an imposter.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve tried for months and after the latest update I still can’t log in—it just keeps asking me to refresh the page. Every time I need to view my policy, I have to email support and wait for a response. Hard to believe this comes from such a large insurance company.
