It was working fine 
I just needed a way to download all my videos and pics from my iPhone to a Sd card and this is exactly what this case does. 
I downloaded pics and videos pretty easily for the first about 2 gigs, 
Now when I go through all the steps it looks like it downloaded but when I go to play the videos or click on pics, there’s nothing there!! 
I have been trying for months now to download something and it’s not working. 
If it’s a bug please fix it because this was a good app and working perfectly. 
Now it’s useless. 
And not cheap, 
so please please if anyone can help or if there’s a fix for this App or another app or device that can take videos n pics from iPhone n download easily to a sd card, the way this one used to do then please let me know

I have to take the case off and eject the card EVRERY TIME I  want to add or remove files!?! Which kind of defeats the purpose, DON’T YOU THINK?!? GOD, I AM OVER BEING SCAMMED BY THESE CHINESE LIARS!?! YET ANOTHER PRIME EXAMPLE OF THE FALSE HOPES THAT MAKE YOU NOT WANT TO TRUST ANYTHING  “MADE IN CHINA”!!! Can’t they just be honest and state truthfully facts about what your buying. Like this does NOT AT ALL function the way we make you believe it does, with our fake reviews. U can’t save any apps or iPhone state at all and my biggest problem is that u have to disassemble this USELESS BULKY battery/“memory” case EVERY single time you  want to transfer a single media file. 

I tried using other features that the app suggested and so far NOTHING HAS WORKED. JUST FREEZES CONSTANTLY. NO SAVED CONTACTS!!! NO WIFI UPLOAD!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, WORSE THAN THE iSANDISC that is easier to carry around.

Wish the app will stop with the pop up of the app wanting to access the app. I’ll probably uninstall this app because of that.

It backs everything up..that's about it. When I spent the $$ on this case I was expecting to be able to store apps on there as well, but negative. Just download the google photo app and save your money. There's plenty of other cases out there that can charge your battery.

Great way to keep music on your phone without losing storage. Improvements I'd like to see are being able to use eq and better shuffle for music.
