The app is great. Prices however are horrible.

Complete over night outage and just a plain oh well, there’s no one employed to fix it during this time so everyone’s completely blacked out of access. If every app wasn’t fluffed full of botted reviews you’d see more of this well we are the only service available in your area monopoly behavior going on. When are city ordinances going to get serious everyday conveniences and laws like they once were. This is unacceptable. If I was working remote I could be fired or miss a day of work because they don’t want to fill and pay for on call employees

The spectrum app is simply streamlined to read based on reading only, it is fine. However it does seem to have many types of hangups and glitches often than not. Repeated restarting gets irritating and confusing sections about mobile being seperated can also be quite confusing. It would be best to say the most improvement that would be a great thing for all your clientele would be to combine the bill into one payment or at the least bill when the other is billed or allow customers the payment choice of say it is due for all services. Maybe update the graphics of the words and make the sections and support more accessible is my input. All positive however and offering constructive advice based on my personal opinion only. Thanks for always having great customer service and techs all the time. 👍👌👍
