However it does seem to have many types of hangups and glitches often than not. Repeated restarting gets irritating and confusing sections about mobile being seperated can also be quite confusing. It would be best to say the most improvement that would be a great thing for all your clientele would be to combine the bill into one payment or at the least bill when the other is billed or allow customers the payment choice of say it is due for all services. Maybe update the graphics of the words and make the sections and support more accessible is my input. All positive however and offering constructive advice based on my personal opinion only. I did not know it would transfer route information when switching to phone service with new router with voice, but I was able to go in and quickly change Wi-Fi information and insulation was very quick, approximately eight minutes like it said on the activation. Everyone to including Billing was very helpful, I especially appreciate that Billing work with me because of they had access to exact conversation details I had with the sales person. If every app wasn’t fluffed full of botted reviews you’d see more of this well we are the only service available in your area monopoly behavior going on. When are city ordinances going to get serious everyday conveniences and laws like they once were. This is unacceptable. It’s futile. Some servicemen suggest an extender. Imagine paying more than $200 a month for service in an 800sq ft apartment and I need an extender. Additionally, there is no wall, door or other barrier between my box and my bedroom.
