## What is My Sphere App?

Dealing with your emotions is the first step towards stopping them controlling your behaviour. Emotional regulation is important because our emotions are closely linked to how we think and feel. Our thoughts and feelings helps us decide how to response to a situation and what actions to take. In other words emotions influence our behaviour. When there is any form of stress involved it becomes increasingly difficult to self-regulate our emotions. 

That’s where SPHERE™ comes in.

SPHERE™ brings digitised Neurofeedback to the palm of your hand to treat stress, anxiety and PTSD. The app uses sound frequencies so you can receive acute relief from your symptoms with, one twenty, minute session. It can also help your brain to become healthier over time. 

SPHERE™ focuses on the emotional centre of the brain to break negative cycles and build healthier ones. 

Simply listen and follow along to the in-app instructions and answer a few questions to help the app understand your symptoms better. It is a private journey so you don’t have to talk about what is bothering you, simply focus on how you feel when you are triggered.
