Not allowed to download documents. Not possible to make screenshots or zoom in to read statements. I have to request mauled docs. ### 2/5 — Very unfriendly app *2026-02-07, version 4.0.12* You can’t download documents, at least without major difficulties. I’m also unable to enlarge them when on the app in order to read them. I finally downloaded a document from the website (not the app), but it gave me an error when trying to open it from the place I downloaded it to. This has created a whole lot of major hassles and headaches for me, as I am not even able to take a screenshot of anything. ### 1/5 — No longer able to download statements *2025-12-02* I’m no longer able to download statements into my iPad or take screenshots (shows black on photos) fix the version to utilize the entire screen and be able to zoom in on the page and download. Update still not fixed ### 1/5 — Imagine releasing an app that doesn’t work! *2025-10-03, version 4.0.1* Seriously, I have a web degree, and my masters in business and couldn’t imagine a deployment of an app that doesn’t work on an iPhone in the iPhone store! In addition to this, the security measures for this institution are the most absurd. Do better, or sit down and allow someone that can! ### 2/5 — Login issue *2025-10-03, version 4.0.1* The issue I am having is during the login process when asked to verify my identity through email or SMS, once one of the options is ticked There is no next or continue option leaving me, stuck on that page. I’m on the latest version of iOS on my iPhone and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. ### 1/5 — Imposible to make payment in the go *2025-09-25, version 4.0.1* The app is very convenient for making payments, but unfortunately every time you log in you must have a phone number ready for security texts as well as a code in your email, which, let's say, to get out of trouble and make a payment becomes super complicated, they should lower the extra security a little to make payments, for example if it is for payment only, user id and password, but if you want to see balance, account details or other options, high security would be good, but simply to make a payment, so many steps are not necessary, unfortunately on several occasions I was late because I could not make payments with it, which means I have to go home to a computer and perform all the security steps so that I can make the monthly payment, I hope that someone in charge of updates in this application take into account what happens with users who simply want to make the monthly payment, thank you very much ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-09-18, version 4.0.1* Used to be only descent, and I say descent! Now, basically useless. Can’t even get my statements anymore. Waste of time while federal regulation requires to provide monthly statements!!! ### 1/5 — Worse technology *2025-09-06, version 4.0.1* After they updated their terms you have to wait a good 5 minutes before they allow you to agree once you do they ask you to enter a code to proceed. It takes more than 2 hours for that code to come through.What a joke. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-09-04, version 3.0.18* Can’t accept terms to log in ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-09-01, version 3.0.18* Accepting the terms of service, I needed to scroll all the way back to the top and back down before it finally ungrayed the accept button. Then it demanded a telephone number but wouldn’t take either of my phone numbers because they were already there. I had to completely shut down the app and log back in to see my account. That only worked once. Now I seem to be stuck at the telephone number demand prompt. ### 1/5 — Unable to accept privacy policy, updates, and use app *2025-09-01, version 3.0.18* The companies recent release of new privacy policy terms causes an overlay screen to appear immediately after log-in. The “accept” button that allows you to move on past those terms is not active. I have scrolled through the entire policy., multiple times, and waited several minutes in case the company had certain qualifiers to make that button work. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and had the same result. I’m on the latest production (non-beta) version of iOS and have no issues with any other applications. It is difficult to imagine how the “accept new terms” feature made it through any kind of QA process before release since it prevents access to the entire apps. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-08-19, version 3.0.18* This app does not work at all. Completely worthless. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-08-13, version 3.0.18* I am never able to access documents on this app. More recently, it wants you to “agree” to its terms yet the agree button is grayed out and the app simply twirls without opening. I been trying to log into the app and it keeps saying technical difficulties for the past month. I have to login on the website and go through all the questions. They have recently made updates that make it much easier to reference documents.
