Refresh all you want users, its like this app was completely abandoned. Shopping on it is useless. Even after the sales ladies help - i would always get a SIGNUP ERROR. It’s a shame that a big reputable company cannot even make a good app. It’s 2022. I could understand if it was 5 or 10 yrs ago, but in 2022, that’s totally unacceptable. Waste of time, waste of space in your phone/ipad. Better to delete the app. SSI should just go back to plastic cards. No responses from developers on all negative feedback. Seems like they abandoned this app already. I tried to edit my profile and it didn’t work afterwards. I’m now unable to log back in and the app keeps telling me it’s “unable to connect to the server.” Super useless. Ughh. I don’t think the developers are even paying attention to the app. So unfortunate. ### 1/5 — This App Doesn’t Even Work! *2021-12-01, version 1.7* I made a profile back in 2018 and had points in it until 2019. Just yesterday I couldn’t log into my account because apparently my account does not exist. Furthermore I tried making a new account using a new email, then moved onto trying to log on with Facebook, and then another attempt logging on with Apple ID. All sign ins redirected me back to the log in page. I also did this with the help of the sales ladies, to which even they admitted that the app is buggy. Those points are not worth it. When I started editing my user profile, it kept on telling me to input my email address which I didn’t remove in the first place. Went back to my profile to check and email add detail is gone. SSI if you cannot fix your app why not bear the humiliation of just going manual. Since the old account I had, points weren’t credited to my old account. With the new app, still, no points have been credited to my new account. I don’t think they still intend to credit the points to my account.
