Half the time you can’t find what setting/option/page etc. you’re looking for and the other half of the time the app just straight up doesn’t work at all. I have a regular issue where auto pay doesn’t work so I have to manually make a payment, then I get charged 2-3 times extra. It took 1hr and 15min on the phone with some foreigner who couldn’t understand me just to get three extra charges refunded because they billed me 4 times for one months renewal and they couldn’t do it immediately so I had to wait 7 days for the refund to take place. The Straight Talk cell service itself is great and I’ve loved it. It very rarely goes down and I get service most everywhere I need it. But this app and even the website has seriously made me want to get something else. 1 star only because 0 stars isn’t an option. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2026-08-10, version 13.3.1* Easily the most frustrating company on the planet.
