Please include additional features like this which helps for healthy life

add water intake reminder (which helps to complete the water intake of the day) and idle sitting reminders ( to avoid long term sitting, reminders with customisation of 30mins and 1hour intervals)

I started to follow this diet plan 2 months ago and decreased 70% of my sugar level .The diet plan they created was personalised,practical and easy to follow. I have seen real results - more energy,better digestion and steady weight loss. I highly
