Authentication keeps failing, and the app gets stuck on the loading screen without proceeding to the next page. The app experience has become very poor. If these issues are not addressed, it would be better to remove the app from the App Store. There are so many problems and the company is not even addressing the issues. And the issue are not new.. it is as old as the Sun itself. By buying this you will sign an agreement to trade your mental peace and ensure that you are dissatisfied all the time. That is the kind of service provided by them. They can be the benchmark for the company with the worst service track record. That’s something they are consistently good at. And millions of users using this dth. Most of the time app doesn’t work, it just keeps crashing. And on top of that it is literally impossible to reach their customer care.
