There’s no way to confirm, decline, or simply close that cookies notification screen. Absolutely DISASTROUS app development / UI testing! ― iPhone 8, iOS 16.7.15 ### 1/5 — Can’t pay a bill *2024-09-16* Everytime I try to pay a bill with a valid card, it says “The transaction was unsuccessful”. Very annoying. I shouldn’t have to visit Sunrise in person to pay my bills and get an extra fee because of that. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your feedback. Be ready to experience UI glitches and “General errors” that they throw at every events, like clicking on a button General Error, typing a new postal address General Error, trying to reload your credit with a credit card General Error. What a bunch of inexperienced developers. You should be ashamed to roll out such a sub par App. ### 1/5 — what a joke (of a non-native web-app) *2018-12-18* Fails at delivering basic functionality like requesting a temporary password (I didn’t have one being a new customer). Request password, receive temporary password by sms, enter password, doesn’t work. No error message, no nothing. Rinse and repeat.
