Then when I finally finished I'm told my pin is wrong (it's not) and there is no way to change it or reset it. ### 1/5 — Can no longer view *2017-08-04, version 1.1.1* Since 10.3 iOS upgrade app no longer works ### 1/5 — Can't log in *2017-02-27, version 1.1.1* I can't log in at all to either your website or app. Nor can I change my password on either. Absolute garbage. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-05-30, version 1.1.1* This app is the one of the reasons I’m considering switching these funds to my other providers. The app rarely works properly for me - my balances/homepage is usually blank, I can see transactions of one of my funds, can’t access the other. When the app does load properly, navigating to my second fund is difficult and not intuitive. In 2024 it is unacceptable to have such a poor app. Check out Milford’s (or many of the other providers’) if you need inspiration. (iPad) ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2021-07-30, version 1.1.1* Couldn’t sign up - kept saying “something has gone wrong” on submit. I would get texted verification codes on each attempt, but there was no verification code input field. I then got an email with a new code saying to put it in the mobile number field. Tried that and got an error that it must be a mobile number. Gave up. Got confused with all the verification codes texted/emailed to me. Kind of worried this was a scam and my password is compromised lol ### 1/5 — Fix the app *2020-11-02, version 1.1.1* Couldn’t logon with the pin which is correct. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Useless! *2020-01-31, version 1.1.1* Absolute garbage! Gave it a year hoping it would improve and yet still can’t create a login. Come on, make a better app. Customers want it. ### 1/5 — Beneficiaries option doesn’t load. *2019-04-03* Beneficiary tab doesn’t load. Then make the damn PIN requirements longer than 4 digits!!! I’ve given up and deleted the app.... ### 1/5 — Cannot not log in *2018-09-27, version 1.1.1* Very disappointing. Won’t let me setup a pin as it says it is not complex enough. When it finally accepts a pin it says ‘oops an error occurred’ then starts again. Also they haven’t updated it in two years. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Ferrari of Kiwi saver apps *2025-11-01, version 1.1.1* I’m a financial planner and this is the best app for Kiwi Saver management. It shows how fast your Kiwi saver is performing monthly yearly three yearly five yearly and it updates daily. It shows transactions daily it separates out non-taxable income against taxable income it separates out Adviser fee fees applicable and it shows tax paid and contributions received. It will also tell you how much contribution you need to make if you are short by July. It allows you to view your investment strategy. ### 5/5 — Works a treat *2019-03-31, version 1.1.1* Apps great, simple and easy to use. Unlike previous reviews, I've had no issues with incorrect pin codes. This is a nice feature to be able to check both kiwisaver and private investments in the same place. ### 3/5 — Nice App more functionality please *2021-10-15, version 1.1.1* Really nice app. I would suggest that the contrast between the background and the colour of the fonts chosen, maybe difficulty to read for those with impaired vision.
