App works but is unable to stay signed in for more than 2 days. Everytime you try to use it, you have to sign in all over again and you cannot save password

The app allowed me to sign up and log in but I was unable to add my credit card because it said the account last name did not match my card. I tried multiple cards and retyping my name in the profile but the app would not allow me to proceed

I’m stuck at create password, it requires at least 8 characters, 1 upper case letters, 1 lower case number, 1 number, and 1 special characters.
For an example, I used this password: P@ssw0rd1
And the confirmation password matches.

Yet it tells me I’m not using any of the requirements….and so I’m stuck

Overall, the user interface and the functionality is not great at all. Many areas of the app doesn’t work and there’s data there that doesn’t make much sense. Honestly a poor app.

This app does not give the customer a fair opportunity to download the receipt for a topup. The receipts are extremely important to me but I have to be figuring out ways to obtain it because the link in the app that appears immediately after payment is blocked by a payment successful notification. When the notification is closed, the download link that was behind it closes too. The receipts used to be sent to my email but it’s been over a month and several topups since I have received a receipt in my email. Please fix this. And respond to your customer support emails while you’re at it.
