Why i dont get a verification code via email ? And why j should add my phone number to create account? Imagine if there is a family that wanna use the same device like a living room air conditioner.. you and your wife and your kids should be having an access to control it using wifi and the app

האפליקציה לא תומכת בהרבה דברים שנתמכים כברירת מחדל אצל המתחרים כבר 3 שנים לדוגמה:
1. אין תמיכה במצבי אנרגיה, מצב לילה לדוגמה עובד מלוח הפיקוד והשלט אבל לא זמין באפליקציה. 
2. אין אפשרות לקבוע טמפרטורה בחצאי מעלות לדוגמה 23.5 צלזסיוס. 
3. בית חכם-חצי נתמך, דרך גוגל הום יש דיליי של מעל לדקה!! אחרי כל פקודה בעיקר בעידכון חוזר של לוח הפיקוד   
4. סירי ו-HomeHuB לא עובד, לחיצה על הכפתור באפליקציה פשוט לא עושה כלום! 
המוקד שלח הוראות בקובץ, אבל זה פשוט לא עובד ואין שום תגובה או אפשרות להוסיף את המזגן או המודול WRB3 בשום דרך באפל. 
5. אנרגיה - רק מודד שעות הפעלה, לא צריכת חשמל ולא מחשב עלות לשעה/יום/שבוע וכיוב. בסיסי ביותר ולא יעיל. 
בקיצור למרות קמפיין מושקע נראה שמקבלים מעט מאוד, וגם זה רק מה שעובד וחבל- אם היתה לי ברירה אחרת לא מכניס תדיראן ולו רק בגלל שזה בערך 4-5 שנים מפגר טכנולוגית אחרי כל מזגן סיני אחר בשוק (אלקטרה-מידאה). 
בנוסף לוח הפיקוד נראה יפה אבל ממש מעצבן, איטי ומצפצף חזק מידי בלי אפשרות לתכנת אותו כלל. 
לא ברור איך ב-2026 אמורים לקבל כזו רמה נמוכה של מוצר ומיותר לציין שבמוקד השירות גם הנציגים הטכניים וגם הטכנאים לא יודעים לענות על שאלות בסיסיות.
