However all my information on runs and times is now locked down and I can’t even access it without subscribing. No choice of downloading your information and moving on. I need to just be able to enter the points already earned (one of them has 1593.23) and then I can record new runs from now on. But I absolutely do NOT have the information from ALL the previous runs. Is it not possible to do this? I was trying through the “customize” button under each dog and it brings up the total points, but will not allow me to change it from zero to the points already accrued. Tried sending this through the contact us on the website, but it refused to go through. **Developer response:** In our latest update we added the ability for user's to manually enter points with situations like yours in mind - many of our users don't have previous run information or have dogs who have many runs under their belt. Please ensure you have the latest version of My Tally Ho installed. At the top of the "Runs" page, the manual point entry field is titled "Historical Points". We sincerely apologize for the contact form not working. We have since fixed the bug and are able to receive correspondence. ### 2/5 — Good when it works *2025-03-23* Good tool when it works correctly. I’ve had to input all runs multiple times now and now I sign in and they want a subscription? But, I’ve always done all the math myself and I don’t like doing math.
