Why is it running away from me ### 2/5 — TBD… *2026-08-20, version 7.7.3* I was born in 1981 so it would be cool if there was an option to replicate them exactly as they looked (black & white) with the same sounds as the early 1990’s and my little pocket tamagotchi back then did not have ads on the screen for an 11 year old to buy the new sega game gear or a new Nintendo cassette game like bubble bobble or duck hunt lol so give an option to pay once and not deal with that. We’ll see how I like this version but If the ads are too often I will uninstall. I always laugh at my grandparents and have they ever watched TV when it only came in black & white and weighted as much as a refrigerator but here I am. I wish I grew up after smartphones were invented although I enjoyed growing up being able to leave your car unlocked and house day or night without worrying things were not even close to as scary as they are now and we played outside a hell of a lot friends as long as we were back home before the street lights came on. Once everyone had cell phones, it changed everything. So I actually had the experience any person who experienced that would choose again, we had pagers people could call and type in their phone number it would beep and show the phone number or codes like 143 ilu and many more kind of like emojis. I love to play this game cause it reminds me of the actual one I had as a kid. One thing you have to watch out for is the problems you will have playing this game. This is an ongoing issue they refuse to fix. I tried reaching out to support and nothing happened (yet). I was told the first time to get a refund from Apple. The Tama Club subscription has been broken for months. From what I see on Reddit, it’s been at least six months of this app taking people’s money knowing users will not get the advertised benefits. Devs have responded to users acknowledging that they’re aware, but haven’t done anything.
