It always asks me CA-# and phone number and only with OTP option it opens. What is the use of the feature of Face ID enabling when it doesn’t work? I am amazed that this group has TCS and you can’t test such basic features on iPhone . ### 1/5 — App keeps logging out *2026-03-21* Whats the point of this app if it can’t even stay signed in for a few days. Garbage. Just use website instead. ### 1/5 — Login glitches with instability *2026-03-13* It’s been more than a year i have been using this app. The developer are not even aware that Face ID login does not work for more than a year now. I guess they did not put much research in iPhone app. The app is unstable with multiple glitches at random steps/action. They need to improve it drastically as this is utility app for home and impact day to day life of people. Very poor resolution team. ### 2/5 — Need to fix issues *2026-02-13* Every time I open with my Face ID , it’s response saying with wrong credentials… it’s opening after only when I uninstalled and again downloaded … I am doing uninstalling and reinstalling process every month… it’s really frustrating and annoying to do it every month…. ### 1/5 — App not open every time need to uninstall and again need to install *2025-12-09* The app is not open if you not check it every day. Once I pay the bill amount then we don’t need to login again . When we again try to login on next month it is not open even given the mobile number, thumb also consumer number. Uninstall the app again need to install it for further login . Really it is very disappointing. How the hell It says mobile number not correct, which was used till last week. Earlier uninstallation and again reinstallation was working for each login and now that also not working. Remembering login details? Evaporated. FaceID unlocking? Might as well be a myth. Payment failure 7 out of 10 times? That’s practically your business model now. You pitched “easy-to-use, view & pay bills, manage everything” — but what users got is “forget my password, can’t log in, trying again, payment failed, repeat”. Reviews say the home-screen burying of the actual bill PDF is a “what do I even click” nightmare.  So here’s the deal: fix the bugs, stabilize the payments, make FaceID work, save us from the login nightmare. Until then you’re not an app — you’re a utility bill roulette. Dear My Tata Power App: stop treating login like an optional feature, payments like a suggestion, and us like beta testers. Fix it or your users will “power off” and pick someone who actually powers on. ### 5/5 — App Not working *2025-10-23* I am consumer since long and using app but now could not signing in after update ios 26 on my iphone ### 3/5 — Login with faceid not working *2025-08-17* Login with otp and enable faceid. After a day it doesn’t allow to login with faceid. I have to again go with entire process. It’s a quality issue.
