It always asks me CA-# and phone number and only with OTP option it opens. What is the use of the feature of Face ID enabling when it doesn’t work? Remembering login details? Evaporated. FaceID unlocking? Might as well be a myth. Payment failure 7 out of 10 times? That’s practically your business model now. You pitched “easy-to-use, view & pay bills, manage everything” — but what users got is “forget my password, can’t log in, trying again, payment failed, repeat”. Reviews say the home-screen burying of the actual bill PDF is a “what do I even click” nightmare.  So here’s the deal: fix the bugs, stabilize the payments, make FaceID work, save us from the login nightmare. Until then you’re not an app — you’re a utility bill roulette. Dear My Tata Power App: stop treating login like an optional feature, payments like a suggestion, and us like beta testers. After a day it doesn’t allow to login with faceid. I have to again go with entire process. It’s a quality issue. I guess they did not put much research in iPhone app. The app is unstable with multiple glitches at random steps/action. They need to improve it drastically as this is utility app for home and impact day to day life of people. Even if you enter after ten tries. You visit it again after a couple of days you are logged out.
