Ứng dụng phục vụ cho Quý Khách hàng sử dụng nước tại khu vực Quận Gò Vấp (trừ Phường 1), Quận 12 Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, tra cứu các thông tin bao gồm:
- Tra cứu lịch sử tiêu thụ, lịch sử thanh toán hóa đơn, xem hoá đơn tiền nước
- Báo chỉ số nước, báo sự cố mạng lưới cấp nước.
- Tra cứu tiến trình giải quyết hồ sơ kiểm tra hoặc gắn mới đồng hồ nước
- Nhận các thông tin về dịch vụ cấp nước như: tạm ngưng cung cấp nước, thanh toán hóa đơn, lịch ghi chỉ số nước...
- Liên hệ với trung tâm dịch vụ khách hàng hoặc gởi các ý kiến về dịch vụ khách hàng.
