Ever since the MyTELUS app was updated, it’s become unusable. It constantly asks me to verify my login, repeatedly sending codes to my email, then cycles back again. It doesn’t connect to or show my account. Website doesn’t work either, not only is it just their platforms that are bad but so are their services. My plan with bell had way better cell service and connection. Only have internet but get a bill for double. Nothing said about extra for home security but now I’m locked into yrs of extra payment that I will never use . Telus will fraud you out of money and I will not use security because I don’t need it .
