If you unlock unlimited access there is no change in features.

If you purchased the Unlimited Access In-App Purchase, you’ll have access to all features in MyTexasMethod permanently.
You can edit the Week 1 program without Unlimited Access, but editing the Week 2 program requires the Unlimited Access purchase.
