Nope, the employee told me it’s zero balance. It’s the last day to use my benefits for the month but it still says I have the same amount remaining in my card. ### 1/5 — Benefit ypdates unreliable *2023-08-31* Recently the app shows benefits available that are not actually available. The app also says “ benefits may be 2 to 5 days behind”. How about two weeks or more behind if they update at all. I’m still showing a balance for cheese, bread, yogurt and vegetables even though those benefits were used well over 14 days ago. If you’re relying on this app to be accurate when you go to check your groceries, don’t rely on it. Rely on the paper print out. I don’t know if this is a database problem from Texas WIC or a problem with the app, but it needs to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-06-26, version 1.1* So my benefits haven’t shown up for several months now.
