It’s done this for the past three months! And I know I have benefits becuase they send me the paper in the mail. But the whole point of the app is so I can have an updated version of my benefits. Jamás había sufrido de algo similar, dan mala imagen mala espina porque pareciera pirata y además es muy frustrante que la flechita que es para retroceder esta empalmada Justo en la esquina donde iPhone te da la hora, de igual manera en la esquina donde deberías de poder escanear artículos se empalma con la esquina superior derecha donde sale la batería, las barritas del internet/ señal. I only use it to check my benefits, however it’s very difficult as the app crashes like none I’ve ever seen. I open the app, see a woman pleasantly shopping, and boom, crashes. This constantly happens even after deleting and downloading again. I may get as far as to the benefits, only saw a glance, not even enough time to at least screen shot and it crashes. Nope, the employee told me it’s zero balance. It’s the last day to use my benefits for the month but it still says I have the same amount remaining in my card. ### 1/5 — Benefit ypdates unreliable *2023-08-31* Recently the app shows benefits available that are not actually available. The app also says “ benefits may be 2 to 5 days behind”. How about two weeks or more behind if they update at all. I’m still showing a balance for cheese, bread, yogurt and vegetables even though those benefits were used well over 14 days ago. If you’re relying on this app to be accurate when you go to check your groceries, don’t rely on it. Rely on the paper print out. I really like how easy it is to use. The scanner is a life savor to find out what items are WIC approved and avoid those awkward moments at the register asking them to void an item. Also being able to keep up with your benefits list and the usage of them comes very handle as well, I don’t know how many times I misplaced the receipt with my ending benefits list or have to get in line at a register to check them. I do wish the benefit deduction wouldn’t take so long to update. But other than that awesome job guys! ### 5/5 — So much more functional than it used to be! *2020-04-27* This app is great! It shows you how much you have left, what you are approved to buy, and it even has a shopping guide in case you’re unsure about products! And the best part is that there’s a barcode scanner to double check approved items which makes the process so much easier when checking out so you can make sure you didn’t pick up something that isn’t approved.
